What is the treatment?

What types of veneers are there?
There are different types of veneers. The most common are composite veneers and ceramic veneers.
The advantages of composite veneers are that they are prepared in the clinic at the time of the visit, they are easily repaired and do not require dental reduction. The disadvantages are that they are less polished, they get dirty and fracture more easily.
The ceramic ones have the aesthetic advantage mainly but require a reduction of the tooth, in some cases, excessive and traumatic. Therefore, many patients discard them.
Nowadays, combining the main advantages of composite and ceramic veneers, there are lumineer ceramic veneers.
These, due to their extreme thinness, do not require the tooth to be treated by the dental specialist and consequently are less aggressive while maintaining the hardness of a ceramic veneer. And obtaining surprising aesthetic results.
