How is a labiaplasty performed?

What will the results of a labiaplasty be like?
The results are permanent. In the case of a resection of excess tissue, the labia no longer grow back and the discomfort disappears completely, or is greatly reduced. If the treatment has been filled with the patient’s own fat, it is possible that a small part of the fat may be reabsorbed, but after the first 20-30 days, the results are also permanent.
When can the patient return to her routine and have sexual relations?
The patient can lead a normal life from the first postoperative day, avoiding great efforts and exercise. Of course it is normal to feel some discomfort and heaviness during the first 2 weeks, but it is not an excessively painful surgery. To resume sexual relations it is necessary to wait 40 days.
