First of all with its unique Symptom Evaluator, this mobile application offers the patient a medical pre-diagnosis and their level of urgency, to then put them in contact with the best medical specialists in their case. The patient can call, send a private message to the doctor or make an appointment online.

Private messaging also takes a big step forward in the health sector with the Top Doctors App, as it allows the patient to resolve their doubts instantly with the doctor who is an expert in their pathology. In addition to obtaining a pre-diagnosis and being able to maintain a private messaging channel with doctors, the Top Doctors App also allows patients to make an appointment to go to the doctor’s office directly from their smartphone. In this way, managing one’s own health, from diagnosis to meeting the doctor, is now possible with a single App. Top Doctors’ exclusive symptom evaluator has been approved by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices and has been classified as a class 1 medical device, like thermometers for example. In addition, it has the OC certificate of the European Union that guarantees quality throughout the EEC.
