His more than 26 years of work in the world of e-commerce, logistics and distribution, together with his entrepreneurial profile will be a boost for the company’s competitiveness and strategic vision in the market. His experience in internationalization processes of companies will strengthen the current growth of Top Doctors, which is in full international expansion.
Xavier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ETSEIB and a diploma in business management from Pompeu Fabra and ESADE. Xavier comes from JM-Bruneau Spain where, as General Manager, he managed to make the company break-even after years of losses, transforming the catalog sales model to e-commerce. Previously, he had created www.qualimalit.es, a health and home products distribution startup with both in-store and e-commerce distribution. Previously, he served as director of management control at VENCA, leading the internationalization project of Venca Portugal and managing to raise the profitability of the company.
Xavier joins Top Doctors as Managing Director for Europe and will report directly to Alberto E. Porciani, CEO of the company.
