Ultrasonic rhinoplasty: revolution in precision and recovery

Rhinoplasty is one of the most requested interventions and consists of a surgical technique that, through the use of new technology called piezotome and its terminals, allows the use of ultrasound to work more precisely in the bone remodeling of the nose. This minimally invasive surgical technique works without damaging the surrounding tissues, thus achieving more precise results and a faster recovery.

The differences with respect to conventional rhinoplasty are basically two:

  1. More precise results due to the precision provided by the piezotome, since it allows us to remodel the bony part in a meticulous manner.
  2. Greater safety, which allows us to work exclusively on the bone without damaging the surrounding tissue, thus being more selective in bone remodeling and minimizing side effects. This surgery, whose main objective is to improve the patient’s life both functionally and aesthetically, is aimed at anyone who has an indication for an aesthetic and/or functional rhinoplasty.

Results after surgery

The results are better than those of a classic rhinoplasty, as well as the postoperative period, being much less uncomfortable. In addition, recovery from rhinoplasty is faster, since the appearance of hematomas and post-surgical edema is minimized, so that the patient can return to his daily life earlier.
