Mesotherapy, a technique to rejuvenate the face

Facial mesotherapy consists of microinjections of nourishing, moisturizing and collagen-stimulating substances, such as non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (not fillers), vitamins and minerals, directly into the dermis, so that the products used act quickly on our skin. The result is immediate, observing a luminous and perfectly nourished skin.

It is a treatment that is applied as a complement to all rejuvenation therapies (Botulinum Toxin, facial fillers, Dermapen, tensor threads, etc.). It is important to note that facial mesotherapy can be applied at any age.

What is achieved with facial mesotherapy

Hyaluronic acid molecules can absorb up to 1,000 times their weight in water, thus producing a cohesive and supporting effect in water retention, which keeps the skin smooth and hydrated. In addition, it stimulates the synthesis of elastin and collagen, and stops the effect of free radicals. Infiltrated vitamins offer a high level of protection against sun exposure and act as powerful antioxidants. Organic silicon is also the constitutional substance of collagen and stimulates cell division and metabolism. It acts by inhibiting the formation of free radicals and regenerates connective tissue. Other products used are DMAE, trace elements, biomimetic growth factors, etc.

Facial Mesotherapy procedure: duration and sessions needed

The Facial Mesotherapy procedure lasts approximately 30 minutes. After the session, the patient can resume normal activity.

The treatment plan recommended by Aesthetic Medicine experts is a starter pack of 3 sessions (one every 15 days) and then a maintenance session every 2, 3 or 4 months, depending on the patient’s skin type.
