Last weekend took place the Middle Ear Live Surgery Course organized by HM Hospitales and the Antolí-Candela ENT Institute, member of Top Doctors.
The course of Live Middle Ear Surgery aims to expose the surgical procedures in a didactic way and with examples of cases operated during the course. In this way, attendees are offered first-hand information and the possibility to actively participate through questions or comments. The course is also complemented with formal presentations related to surgery.
During the course, live interventions were viewed, with visual and audiological connection to the operating room, while incorporating the theory while preparing the patients. During this time, 6 surgical interventions have been performed on a variety of cases with middle ear problems.
The Middle Ear Live Surgery course is an update on the current state of the art of the procedures performed by the Antolí-Candela Institute. The improvements are not only the introduction of cutting-edge technology, but also the consequence of the clinical research that they are permanently doing and that results in the improvement of their results.
