Practically all, 98.3%, of the patients of Clínica FivMadrid would recommend it. This is one of the data from the satisfaction surveys carried out at the Madrid center, an expert in assisted reproduction.
“In addition to focusing our efforts on good clinical practice based on scientific evidence, we also pay a lot of attention to the healthcare team-patient relationship”, explained the clinic, which is one of Top Doctors’ top-level centers. In the aforementioned surveys, the clinic has gathered very positive data, since 98.3% also consider that the treatment provided by the center’s professionals is optimum, and 94.1% affirm that FivMadrid has a wide range of opening hours and a great deal of availability.
The surveys, carried out on 120 patients, have also left very satisfactory comments, such as: “we highlight the kindness and professionalism of all the center’s staff”, or “excellent professional care and health personnel”. There are even some who directly underline the proximity of the center: “very human, it gives a lot of confidence”.
The FivMadrid Clinic has expressed its satisfaction with the evaluations of its patients and has assured that these results “encourage us to continue improving and to know that the patient-treatment-AR center interaction is fundamental to achieve more and more confidence and wellbeing in our patients”.
