III Congress of the Madrid Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

The III Congress of the Madrid Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, chaired by Dr. Almeida, is based on “New horizons in the treatment of head and neck cancer”.

The congress, which will be held on January 25th and 26th, aims to provide the best options for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of head and neck cancer. To this end, doctors working at a national and international level, who are referents in the treatment of this pathology, will speak at the congress.

The presentations to be given are based on “Standard treatment of oral cavity and oropharyngeal cancer”, “Controversies and changes in the paradigms of treatment of oral cavity and oropharyngeal cancer”, “New frontiers in the treatment of facial basal cell carcinoma”, “Reconstructive surgery of head and neck cancer, where do we stand?” and “State of the art in the management of head and neck cancer”.

In order to attend the congress, the Accreditation of Continuing Education Activities for Health Professions of the Community of Madrid is required. The congress will be held at the Ramón y Cajal Hospital.
