The team of experts of Clínica del Remei organize together with the Biotechnology Institute (BTI) an unprecedented meeting with reference specialists in Regenerative Medicine.
The meeting will be held on September 29th at Clínica Nostra Senyora del Remei, from 10:00h to 15:00h.
The aim of the day is the meeting between health professionals to talk, share opinions and learn about the applications, research and studies of Regenerative Medicine, which is already considered as the future of Medicine.
Regenerative Medicine: the future of medical treatment
Regenerative Medicine is a booming and constantly evolving specialty with the help of advances in technology, genetic engineering, tissue engineering and cell therapy. Thus, it consists of using autologous substances from the patient himself to regenerate damaged tissues.
Currently, Regenerative Medicine is already used in diagnostic processes and treats diseases such as joint wear and tear, chronic pain, epicondylitis or urethral stenosis, among others.
Conference with top-level specialists
The meeting will be attended by national leaders in different medical specialties, such as the neurosurgeon Dr. Ivon González Valcárcel, the neurosurgeon Dr. Demian Manzano, the anesthesiologist Dr. Clara Mª Fernández, the urologist Dr. Humberto Suárez, the traumatologist Dr. Neus Denia Alarcón and the traumatologists Dr. Felipe Alburquerque and Dr. Ramón Cugat.
The appointment is on September 29th at the Clínica Nostra Senyora del Remei, from 10:00h to 15:00h, and after the conferences all attendees will be invited to a lunch on the 8th floor of the building, overlooking the city of Barcelona.
