Coaching is a concept that arises in the world of sports, it is the trainer or coach who helps the athlete to get the best out of himself. It has been several years since coaching has moved into both the work and personal spheres.

Through the coach, the person discovers the strategies that will help him/her to improve. They receive guidance to discover and enhance their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. Coaching will help to unblock the mental barriers that are hindering the progression of the person in a given area, helping them to maximize their full potential and therefore achieve their set goals.
