Emotional Management

Have you had a difficult week and you feel exhausted? Do you often wake up with a bad day and you don’t know, but you can’t do anything to improve how you feel? Do you get angry about everything, feel irritable and jump at the slightest opportunity, and you don’t know how to do it to feel better? Do you worry a lot about everything, get obsessed, haven’t stopped thinking about an issue for days? Do you feel anxious or depressed, without energy and you don’t know why?

Emotions are a fundamental part of our daily lives. They alert us to what is going on around us, and also allow us to adapt effectively to the environment in which we live. When emotions work well, they are our best ally to go through life.

The problem begins when emotions get out of control, although in many cases we do not know why. When this happens, they work against us and not for us, and in most cases there is no way to resolve it on our own. Not being able to control our emotions means that they direct our life in the wrong direction.

Knowing our emotions

Learning to manage both positive and negative emotions is essential, as well as the hidden emotions that we cannot easily identify.

This is an exciting learning process, which we often cannot do alone, especially when we feel overwhelmed. The use of tools such as neurofeedback help us to calm the brain, and with this calmness, we may be able to learn to improve our emotional management.
