Breast lift, clinically known as mastopexy, consists of correcting the sagging of the breast, reshaping and lifting the breast, through surgery to give it a more attractive and anatomical shape.
The objective of this surgical intervention is that the breast looks rejuvenated again, correcting the ravages of the passage of time, weight loss, breastfeeding and pregnancy.

Thanks to the innovative technique of the autoprosthesis, it is possible in the same intervention, to lift the breast and fill the cleavage, without any implant, but using the breast tissue itself.
- Mastopexy with silicone prosthesis: this procedure is especially indicated for patients who wish to correct sagging breasts and also acquire more volume and firmness in the breasts. It is performed in those cases in which skin laxity and/or glandular atrophy predominate.
- Mastopexy with lipofilling: intervention in which, at the same time that the mastopexy is performed, the volume of the breasts is increased with body fat obtained by liposuction.
Who are the patients?
This surgical procedure is intended for women with breasts of any size or shape. However, it is especially indicated for patients seeking to increase the size without the implantation of a prosthesis. In cases where the breast has sufficient breast tissue, it will facilitate the remodeling of the breast, filling the upper part of the breast with fat.
When will the results be visible?
The definitive results of the surgery will be visible after 6 months. However, the result will depend to a great extent on the patient’s lifestyle, since sudden changes in weight, smoking or other unhealthy habits can alter the result of the intervention.
