How to get a younger face with the new Flash Eye Contour

Expression wrinkles, along with bags, dark circles and drooping eyelids, are the most frequent problems that reveal the passage of time in our eyes. Another important factor to take into account is the tendency to fluid retention that is clearly visible under the eyes, due to hormonal, genetic or diet-related changes.

The eye contour, extremely thin and furrowed by countless periorbital muscles in constant movement, is one of the most fragile areas of the face and the most susceptible to expression wrinkles.

How to get a younger face

To combat the signs of time on our face we must reposition the lost volumes of the periocular area, from the area above the eyebrows, through the temporal region, crow’s feet, the part of the dark circles and between the eyebrows (always depending on the objective to be achieved).

So, in order to achieve an open look, I have created the Flash Eye Contour protocol.

How to achieve a more youthful face with the Flash Eye Contour protocol

After a personalized diagnosis, and depending on the objective to be achieved, we will choose one treatment or another within the Flash Eye Contour protocol. The aspects to take into account are:

  • Droopy eyes: to restore liveliness to the face and counteract the natural drooping of the eyebrows and eyelid, we address the periocular area with hyaluronic acid of medium density, injecting it with microcannulas to minimize the risk of bruising. It is performed in one session and the cost is 300 €. The results are seen instantly, although they improve with time.
  • Marked wrinkles (“crow’s feet”): this treatment is performed in two phases; in the first phase, medium-high density hyaluronic acid is injected with a microcannula; in the second phase, which is performed after two weeks, it is assessed whether it is necessary to complement the treatment with botulinum toxin, to achieve muscle relaxation. The cost varies between 300 and 500€ (depending on whether botulinum toxin is also injected or not). It is performed in two sessions.
  • Dark circles: the area of the dark circles is four times thinner than the rest of the face and has a tendency to retain water, to hyperpigment and with a continuous action of the periorbicular musculature, so it must be treated with greater subtlety than the rest. First, it is evaluated if there is a loss of volume in what we call the orbito-malar sulcus (or eyebrow sulcus); if so, hyaluronic acid is injected with a microcannula in order to reproject the lost volume. Subsequently it will be assessed whether or not to make a depigmenting treatment of the area. The cost is 300 €. It is performed in a single session.
  • Smoothing between the eyebrows: in the first phase, hyaluronic acid is projected in depth with a cannula and on the surface with a needle, filling the fine vertical lines of expression; in the second phase, after approximately two weeks, the injection of botulinum toxin is considered to relax the muscles and thus the strength of expression. The cost varies between 300 and 500€ (depending on whether botulinum toxin is used or not). It is performed in two sessions. With this “Flash Eye Contour” protocol, in a short time and in a totally atraumatic way, an open and relaxed look is achieved, as if you had a good night’s sleep or have just returned from vacation.

How to achieve a more youthful face at home

I recommend the new eye contour with the same name as the protocol: Flash Eye Contour, recently developed by us. It is part of my new cosmeceutical line “Luminous face”, and its natural active ingredients provide the area with a wide range of moisturizing, antioxidant, repairing, anti-spot, draining and fine wrinkle attenuating properties.
