What are the advantages of the All-on-Four technique

The All-on-Four technique is used to rehabilitate entire dental arches by placing four implants supporting a complete fixed prosthesis.

It is a technique indicated in cases of total edentulism, that is, in patients who have lost all their teeth, both in the maxilla and in the mandible.

The advantages of All-on-Four treatment

The great advantage of this treatment is that it makes it possible to dispense with the need for bone grafts in cases of maxillary bone atrophy, thus significantly speeding up the treatment.

What are the results?

The clinical results of the All-on-Four technique are very similar to those of conventional implantology, i.e. around 97% success rate.

The All-on-Four technique was invented more than 20 years ago, and since then it has been used by implantologists all over the world with great success. In the hands of a properly trained and experienced professional, it is totally reliable.

Is it suitable for any patient?

Obviously a complete evaluation of each case must be made, and as long as we have a good quality bone mass in the strategic areas of implant placement, it can be used.

Is it compatible with immediate loading of implants?

In the vast majority of cases, a fixed provisional prosthesis can be placed a few days after implantation. This prosthesis will be replaced by a definitive porcelain prosthesis after 3 or 4 months.
