Augmentation mammoplasty is currently the most requested cosmetic surgery procedure worldwide. But the one that stands out, in the first place, is breast cosmetic surgery.
In operations to improve the female breast, proportions, volumes, turgid touch and attractive movement, are the most desired parameters and are summarized in one word, which is called naturalness. The most important are proportions, volume, feel and movement.
The breast that most women currently ask us for is above all a natural one, that is to say, as aesthetic as possible, taking into account the body anatomy, the skin, the fat, the mammary glands, the areolas, the nipples and the ribs. Each person has these structures somewhat differently, and therefore, the surgeon must customize and individualize the most appropriate operative technique.
