We treat the flaccidity of the skin in the arm, accompanied or not by excess fat, with an intervention called arm lift, brachial dermolipectomy or brachioplasty, which consists of removing excess skin and fat leaving a scar on the inside of the arm.
The arm lift consists of removing excess skin and fat from the inside of the arm. It leaves a scar in that region not very noticeable. When the excess is only of fat, liposculpture is indicated. It can be performed under local anesthesia.

The stretching of the hands consists of eliminating the existing cutaneous excess in the back of the hands. It is performed under local anesthesia. It leaves a scar at the wrist. It is usually accompanied or complemented with filling or fat grafting on the back of the hand, eliminating the atrophic and senile aspect. It follows the same principle and technique of face filling. This procedure and the previous one are usually associated with chemical peeling or laser to eliminate senile spots.
