Chi Kung and Emotional Hunger

In these times of confusion, due to the pandemic of the coronavirus, is when the negative aspects of our way of life appear with more clarity. Even so, in the same way, it is also necessary to point out the positive ones and to highlight others, less diffused. An example are Chikung and emotional hunger. ⠀

Obesity

Obesity is a good example of inadequate habits that greatly alter health and life. As a nutrition professional, I use very effective methods to lose weight, because one of the key aspects of overeating is food cravings and emotional hunger.

Essential Diet and Chi kung

With the Essential Diet method you can eliminate that anxious and emotional hunger by modifying the brain’s neurotransmitters. However, after losing weight, life goes on, and may, if you do not follow the prescribed rules, appear “rebound”. ⠀ ⠀

To avoid this, we follow up on patients; but I also advise more and more to resort to the millenary practices of oriental medicine, such as yoga, Taekwondo, Tai chi, Kung Fu, and above all, Chi Kung. The latter may be the best method to stabilize the mind, through body movements.⠀
