There are different causes that can cause such hypertrophy, the most common is genetics, although the practice of some sports, taking certain medication, as a result of pregnancy … although in most cases the cause is unknown, but it is ruled out that it is related to a lack of intimate hygiene.
Do I have to follow a special hygiene after surgery?
